Must achieve Bronze times in 3 of the 4 strokes

C Squad to B Squad Criteria:

Must achieve 1 Bronze over 25m, 1 Bronze over 50m and 1 Bronze over
200m - 3 in total from the 5 available stroke / events - F/c, B/c, Br/s,
Fly, IM. - i.e. not in the same stroke |

Competent streamlining at starts and turns
|

|
Must
have achieved the competitive start standard

B Squad to A Squad Criteria:
|
|
|
|
|
Commitment must be given to attend a minimum of 3 sessions per week
|
|
|
Must maintain a swimmers training log
|

The BAGCAT points for
all four 50m sprints, best 200 form, 200 free and 200 IM must exceed
standard, currently set at 2300 Pts. BAGCAT points are calculated using
11 year old girl standard. See example below
