Phoenix was one of the first Clubs in the area to become Swim 21 accredited, that is the ASA programme for Club development.  It is now time for us to be re-assessed.  We are starting to fill in the questionnaires at present and gather the documents together to move the Club to the Silver or Gold standard accreditation.  There is a lot to do over the next 3 months or so, but the benefits in the longer term to the Club are large, and there are shorter term benefits of funding for such things as training courses.  If anyone can help with the process please let me know.
