Swim 21 is the Amateur Swimming Association (ASA) Club Development model it recognises nationally and regionally the clubs that are committed to providing safe, effective and quality services for the benefit of their members. Derby Phoenix is proud to be an Affiliated Swim 21 Swimming Club

Derby Phoenix Swimming Club is committed to a club environment in which all children and young people participating in its activities have a safe and positive experience. Wavepower 2012/15 is the ASA’s Safeguarding Policy and Procedures manual. The committee of Derby Phoenix Swimming Club has agreed that the club will follow these guidelines.
