I have attached the summer training timetable, effective from Monday 2nd August. The timetable will remain in place throughout August, after which it is likely that a new timetable will be introduced.
Updated ~ Lonsdale pool will be closed from 23rd August to 2nd September, and no Lonsdale training sessions will take place during this time, although training at other venues will continue as normal.
Please note there is a correction to when Lonsdale closes; therefore, training sessions are as normal Sunday 22 August.
